What Can I Eat?

Just Take A Look!

I followed a lowcarb WOE for over 4 years and lost 90 lbs.  About 2 years ago I fell off the lowcarb wagon and regained 40 lbs.  Tried again to lose it, but wasn't very motivated so it didn't work.  But now I'm back onboard and determined to lose 60 lbs!  To show the variety that the Atkins program allows at OWL level, I thought I'd create this page to show some of the foods you can enjoy!

I try to change the pictures on this page weekly to show variety! So if you want new ideas for your meals, check back and look at some of mine!

BREAKFAST

Two fried eggs and strips of crispy bacon.
Served with fresh strawberries, topped with REAL whipped cream.


LUNCH

Turkey, lettuce, cheese & mayo rolled up.
Served with deviled eggs and dill pickles.


AFTERNOON SNACK

Sugar-free strawberry jello,
topped with REAL whipped cream.


SUPPER

Scallops coated with 100% whole wheat flour and deep fried,
served with beetgreens and Velveeta cheese slices.


EVENING SNACK

Peanutbutter Icecream Cookies (recipe on Recipe Page)
These taste just like peanutbutter icecream!
