What Can I Eat?

Just Take A Look!

I followed a lowcarb WOE for over 4 years and lost 90 lbs.  About 2 years ago I fell off the lowcarb wagon and regained 40 lbs.  But now I'm back onboard and determined to lose it again!  To show the variety that the Atkins program allows at OWL level, I thought I'd create this page to show some of the foods you can enjoy!

I try to change the pictures on this page weekly to show variety! So if you want new ideas for your meals, check back and look at some of mine!

BREAKFAST

Two fried eggs and strips of crispy bacon.
Served with fresh blueberries, lightly sprinkled with Splenda.


LUNCH

Chicken salad (cooked & diced chicken breast mixed with mayo)
Served on top of lettuce and sprinkled with shredded cheddar cheese.


AFTERNOON SNACK

Sugar-free tapioca pudding,
layered with sliced strawberries.


SUPPER

Deep Dish Pizza (see recipe on Recipe Page),
with ground beef topping.


EVENING SNACK

Peanutbutter Icecream Cookies (recipe on Recipe Page)
These taste just like peanutbutter icecream!
